Elban Group cooperates with specialized control bodies and carries out detailed quality checks of the goods in accordance with international AQL standards.

We verify the reliability of potential suppliers, check quality of the products on the production site, import samples, participate in the loading and supervise the whole process.

SUPERVISION CAN BE DIVIDED INTO
THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUAL STAGES:

Inspection of the Factory and Control of the Goods

This stage can also be addressed as a supplier audit, i.e. check of the company’s credibility including its registration, equipment, production capacity, licenses, documentation, human resources, volume of foreign trade, quality control system, etc.

Pre-Production Inspection

This stage includes the check of the materials used for production and their quality compliance with the order requirements.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Checking the ready-for-shipment goods for appropriate quality and quantity.

Loading Supervision

Making sure that all the items have been properly loaded to the container compliant with the list of ordered goods in their type and quantity, checking protection against substitution of contents, shipping safety, etc.
