Having set a high level of communication as one of the main priorities, he knows how to create positive and beneficial relationships with our clients, contractors, suppliers, and carriers. With extensive international experience, he can forge the path in any culture and environment, which is also facilitated with the knowledge of English, Turkish, Russian, and Polish languages.

After several attempts to establish and run a company with third-party partners, she decided to merge the family skills and established a company with her husband. Having come from Ukraine, she first passed all stages of the legalization procedure by herself and thus can now help the clients. With efficient planning skills, extensive knowledge of international purchases in multiple industries and practical experience with 8 different countries of the world, she obtains a unique ability to reduce unit costs and promptly solve problems under pressure.

- We provide import services for small and medium-sized enterprises. We do not import goods for private individuals, however, we treat each client individually and adapt to their needs.
- We process the orders based on the reconciled requirements meeting specific needs of the client who is the direct importer and recipient of the goods. However, we can also advise on the matters related to storage of the order and the sales regulations on imported or exported goods in a specific country.
- We act for the benefit of the client and process the orders in a way that ensures minimal risks and maximum benefits. We are transparent, and all our services are provided in compliance with applicable regulations. Should you have doubts or enquire the information, our consultants will always advise you. In particular, you can check which goods are prohibited for placing on the EU market and what consequences are associated with importing goods with a counterfeit trademark.
- On behalf of the client, we can import the samples received from one or several suppliers. We can also send samples from the client to the suppliers for further pricing and quotation. We help to analyze the costs, which, among others, may depend on the weight and dimensions of the shipment, as well as provide information on the costs of the samples and opportunities to get them free of charge.
- As a company dealing with the stay and work legalization services for foreigners, we can handle all the paperwork on behalf of the employer (our client). We represent our clients on the basis of the delegated powers of attorney. If you are looking for an employee for your company, send us the profile of your ideal candidate (candidate requirements and employment conditions), and we will pass it to our partner recruiters, who can take care of the matter.
- Payment from the importer (our client) to the supplier is made under a proforma issued by the supplier and verified by us. The terms of payment depend on the production time, the country of the supplier and the size of the order. In most cases, it is 30% before production and 70% after shipment, and 70% before shipment for the first transactions. It can also be 50% by 50%, or even 100% in advance for smaller orders or shorter production times. Payment for our services is performed on the basis of a corresponding Polish VAT invoice.
